Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making initial L/C application after receiving P/I from merchandiser, Audit, Local and International Procurement department using oracle. Making full set L/C, FDD, TT, check payment and send to Audit and process control department
∎ After Receiving the Bank Intimation prepare all the necessary documents for the Banks.
∎ After approval from Audit and process control L/C, FDD,TT need to entry in registered khata, then signature and approval from DGM & GM
∎ Prepare the final LC application for director's approval once approved by the audit/process control department
∎ After sign L/C, TT,FDD need to insure goods (Import) from insurance company for insurance cover note, then send to bank
∎ Making an office copy for each LC application, keeping in a separate file and send the final application to the bank.
∎ After issue L/C, TT,FDD one set copy send to related merchandiser, procurement department and also UD department (to make UD. And all L/C, PI, FDD, TT must be archived
∎ After Receiving the LC from bank, check and complete verification then input in oracle database the LC number and bank charge
∎ After Receiving the insurance copy, entry the insurance number and charge
∎ Archive and filing all necessary LC documents as and when required.
∎ Prepare the necessary LC amendment application and communicate with related department if needed
∎ All bill of entry (ALL) have to archive in oracle and send to bank
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent written and verbal communications Skill.
∎ Working Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
∎ A flexible approach when working in a team
∎ Quick action and response to situations.
