∎ Age at least 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain the security protocol as per C-TPAT, GSV or SCAN audit.
∎ Update management about each and every security incidents and security system time to time
∎ Leading the overall operational and strategic management of the Security section.
∎ Ensure security of the factory premises by preventing unauthorized access, incidents of theft, physical violence, and other criminal activity.
∎ Visit to the entire factory premises on a regular basis to improve the security of the Factory.
∎ Maintain close relationships with the Company’s Security, Answer, and out-sourcing security force.
∎ Establish security vigilance and Surveillance in the entrance area.
∎ Ensure material in-out with a properly authorized Gate pass and maintain record/register accordingly.
∎ Ensure no visitor gets in without permission/approval of the competent authority.
∎ Establish and maintain an incident register. In case of any untoward incident report to the Management.
∎ Identify the security gap and solve it under the guidance of the Management.
∎ Supervise the boundary wall and security watch tower maintenance/modification works.
∎ Ensure that Security teams are performing their duties properly.
∎ Ensure personal discipline of security personnel.
∎ Maintain close liaison with law enforcement agencies and civil fire brigade.
∎ Demonstrates a drive for excellence and strives for continuous improvement.
∎ Carry out any special assignment as and when required by the management.
