Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a MIS Sr. Officer / Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis, reporting, and advanced Excel skills to support business operations and strategic decision-making.
Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management and operations teams.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple internal and external sources.
Create advanced Excel models using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Macros, Power Query, and charts.
Identify trends, anomalies, and insights from data to support business decisions.
Monitor operational performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure accuracy of reports.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management review.
Support decision-making by providing timely and accurate analysis.
