Education:

  • Postgraduate diploma or certification in Compliance/CSR/HRM will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 28 years
  • Sound knowledge of labor law, HR practices, safety standards, and environmental compliance.

  • Experience in facing buyer audits (e.g., Accord, Alliance, WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, Higg Index, etc.).

  • Strong written & verbal communication skills in both Bangla & English.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and committed professional to join our team as an Officer / Sr. Officer – Core Compliance. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations fully comply with local labor laws, buyer requirements, and international compliance standards. You will play a key role in supporting audits, monitoring workplace practices, and fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and sustainability across the organization.

  • Support and coordinate social, technical, and environmental compliance audits, ensuring smooth execution and timely closure of CAPs.

  • Monitor compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, ILO conventions, and buyer Codes of Conduct.

  • Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and SOPs aligned with local & international standards.

  • Conduct regular factory visits and inspections to identify non-compliance risks and recommend corrective measures.

  • Maintain accurate compliance records, documentation, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Conduct awareness sessions and training programs on compliance, health & safety, anti-harassment, and grievance mechanisms.

  • Organize awareness sessions and training programs for employees and management on compliance and ethical practices.

  • Build effective communication with buyers, auditors, and government agencies regarding compliance matters.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen health, safety, and employee well-being initiatives.

  • Support management in building a sustainable compliance culture within the organization.
