Experience:
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Social Science, or related discipline.
Postgraduate diploma or certification in Compliance/CSR/HRM will be an added advantage.
Sound knowledge of labor law, HR practices, safety standards, and environmental compliance.
Experience in facing buyer audits (e.g., Accord, Alliance, WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, Higg Index, etc.).
Strong written & verbal communication skills in both Bangla & English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and committed professional to join our team as an Officer / Sr. Officer – Core Compliance. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations fully comply with local labor laws, buyer requirements, and international compliance standards. You will play a key role in supporting audits, monitoring workplace practices, and fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and sustainability across the organization.
Support and coordinate social, technical, and environmental compliance audits, ensuring smooth execution and timely closure of CAPs.
Monitor compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, ILO conventions, and buyer Codes of Conduct.
Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and SOPs aligned with local & international standards.
Conduct regular factory visits and inspections to identify non-compliance risks and recommend corrective measures.
Maintain accurate compliance records, documentation, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct awareness sessions and training programs on compliance, health & safety, anti-harassment, and grievance mechanisms.
Organize awareness sessions and training programs for employees and management on compliance and ethical practices.
Build effective communication with buyers, auditors, and government agencies regarding compliance matters.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen health, safety, and employee well-being initiatives.
Support management in building a sustainable compliance culture within the organization.
