• Good Knowledge and Ability to understand Pattern in goods, Cutting and Sewing Techniques till Finishing and techniques of manufacturing

• Ability to evaluate Production size set, inline, PP meeting and QC follow up in factory and strong Capability in Drafting Operation-wise Risk Assessment

• Good product knowledge on Accepting or rejecting finished items as per customer requirement.

• Organized and accurate with a keen eye for detail inspections.

• Able to perform independent final inspection and have a proper Judgement and capacity to either accept or not Accept convictions.

• Strong Ability to analyze, discuss, Impose and convince suppliers on Technical, Quality and Standards.

• Analyze inspection report data to identify sources of quality problems and takes necessary counter measures to reduce and improve future results.

• Team Spirit for Team working and Sharing

• Knowledge in Knits & Woven manufacturing techniques systems & equipment, technical skills in : Fabrics, Fabric Inspection , Samples Analysis , Cutting to Finishing , Understanding the basic requirements in pattern making.

• Good and Strong Knowledge and ability in Knit & Woven hand and automatic Knitting and Familiar with the different

• Manufacturing techniques from yarn and Inspection, knitting plan, Knitting Techniques, looping, washing to Finishing. And have a good ability to make Approvals, Technical Comments and Communicate with buyer.

• Read and understand QC file, customer comments and specifications.

• Ensure Product quality checking as per approved sample.

• Setting quality standards following buyer`s requirements and guidance for each department and processes in factory.

• Ensure whether all factories are in-line with current procedures and compliance issues as per the customer standards.

• Conduct inspection at factories and play a more independent role in decision making on daily quality issues.

• Monitor the production status and Follow-up.
