Responsibilities & Context:
Correspondences with customer & team daily basis.
CPO/FOB list Update
Managing PO deliveries weekly and following week.
Ensure shipment booking and production follow up weekly
SO creation follow up on SAP soon after receive new order.
Correspondences with development team to ensure BOM up to date on SAP.
Checking MTR-list of each style to ensure booking qty’s to procurement team and follow-up daily.
Follow-up with procurement team to ensure to place fabrics/trims/packaging booking and in-house status.
Sending cutting target sheet to cutting and ensure full fabric utilization.
Submit Inspection booking to customer
Production sample follow up and sending to customer & ZS.
Material liability (cancellation, order reduced etc.)
Follow-up FU (fabric utilization) report weekly basis.
Make T&A & follow up with team
Production costing check & Update
Customer spec check and create BOM
Testing & Sample follow up with team
Any task assign by appropriate authority.
