∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Security Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Guard sourcing and recruitment.
∎ Prepared post-wise weekly roaster and deploy the guards/supervisor as per roaster.
∎ Maintain attendance, leave and absenteeism.
∎ Provide quality service to the customer.
∎ Monitors discipline of Guards and supervisor.
∎ Routine inspection and coordination with the customer and collect feedback.
∎ Evaluate the performance of the guards and supervisor.
∎ Ensure the welfare and benefits of guards as per company policy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Motor driving licence.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary negotiable up to 20% for the competent candidate

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Other benefits as per company policy.
