Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc/MSc in Nutrition or any relevant subject from any reputed university/institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support to prepare a Detail Implementation Plan (DIP) for the nutrition interventions of the project ensuring alignment with project objectives and goal.
∎ Prepare training materials on nutrition change behavior practices and provide capacity-building training for the technical assistant and Community Nutrition Promoters (CNPs) to ensure the quality required for successful training.
∎ Provide guidance on health and nutrition education sessions for care-givers and mother's forum on different nutrition subjects such as breastfeeding, complementary feeding, ANC, PNC, hygiene practice, improved cooking demonstration, care for pregnant and lactating women, prevention of illness, etc.
∎ Provide guidance on screening of Severe acute Malnutrition (SAM) and Moderate acute Malnutrition (MAM) and Acutely malnourished pregnant and lactating women and referral to the nearest health and Nutrition facility to ensure all targeted Pregnant and Lactating women and child receiving IYCF services.
∎ Provide support to establish a proper monitoring system to track the progress and impact of nutrition interventions through analyzing data, identifying trends, and generating reports from evidence-based decision-making.
∎ Liaise with project stakeholders and support to ensure approval of the project interventions, and represent relevant nutrition sector meetings to ensure a coordinated approach to nutrition services.
∎ Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to enhance team performance and motivation.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.

∎ Good communication skill and people management
∎ Computer Skill (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Photoshop)
∎ Proposal and Report writing
