Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters' Degree from any recognized university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure the estimated target achievement through the effective handling of staffs like- (member admission, disbursement, loan realization, savings and overdue realization).
∎ Ensure staff accountability and transparency through regular area visit according to action plan.
∎ Check and prepare all register and files of Microfinance activities.
∎ Identify the weak staff and take necessary initiatives to improve those staff.
∎ Prepare and preserve all types' reports and send them to responsible authority timely.
∎ Provide technical support to PO-MF support and PO-Implementation.
∎ Make coordination to mainstreaming program.
∎ Supervise, evaluate and record activities under Microfinance sector.
∎ Assist concerned programme personnel (ADC, PO-MF support, PO, IDP)
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Understanding on financial inclusion, women empowerment, rural development and about few components of Integrated Development Program
