Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily operations of the short cycle press and HDF flooring plant.
∎ Ensure quality lamination of decorative paper onto particle and HDF boards.
∎ Monitor and optimized press settings for maximum efficiency and output.
∎ Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards for laminated boards and flooring products.
∎ Manage machinery, ensuring preventive maintenance and quick troubleshooting.
∎ Ensure safety compliance and train staff in safe machines operations.
∎ Coordinate material flow minimizing wastage and maintaining inventory levels.
∎ Lead and mentor a team driving performance and skill development.
∎ Collaborate on product design and customization for HDF flooring.
∎ Resin Production: Oversee Resin formulation, batch production, and quality control for urea formaldehyde (UF) and melamine-formaldehyde (MF) resins.
∎ Impregnation Line: Manage Impregnation process, ensuring precise resin coating and curing for consistent quality.
∎ Continuously improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and operational issue.
∎ Supervise, train and Support operators and technicians, ensuring smooth operations and safety compliance.
∎ Enforce chemical handling protocols, ensuring adherence environmental and safety regulations.
