Experience:

• Diploma in Business Studies
• Diploma in Commerce
• Diploma in Engineering

• At least 3 years

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in scale operations.
• Excellent knowledge of scales & weighing systems and procedures.
• Good English language (speaking, reading and writing).
• Excellent interpersonal & relationship management skills.
• Excellent Reporting & Presentation skills.Good negotiating skills.
• Good IT skills including wide experience ERP MS office suits (i.e. Word, Excel).
• Good organizational skills.

• Supervise the weighing scale operations ensuring efficient operations.
• Coordinate the shipments weighing as per the PO, SO, Movement Request.
• Maintain accurate report on every truck weighing at all times while assuring accurate allocation of every truck weighted.
• Review scale operators work while assuring proper documentation for every transaction.
• Consolidate scale weighing operations and report accurately by the end of every shift.
• Coordinate with internal warehouses unit, fleet & transportation unit, production department, and sales on the weighing operations.
