Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Computer Science / BBA with Minor in Information Systems or Similar

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the SAP project and ensure deployment of deliverables in time and within stipulated budget.
∎ Look after all SAP related support needs, delegate / assign tasks to the team, monitor progress and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Ensure proper internal & external communication with the functional team & external vendors.
∎ Ensure day to day operational support as and when required to ensure error free SAP operations.
∎ Discover new functionalities to improve continuous SAP operational activities and identify risks / loop holes.
∎ Error resolution/ problem solving/ new configuration to meet users' additional requirement.
∎ Custom development work (forms/reports/DB object/API etc.) to meet user requirement within time and as per commitment.
∎ Ensure daily backup and data recovery in line with all technical resources.
∎ Team Management - workload balancing, motivation, conflict resolution, and knowledge sharing & resource development through proper training.
∎ Prepare and comply with all requirements in line with corporate compliances, policies and/or audits.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 years of experience in similar role
∎ Experience in SAP projects
∎ Training on Project Management is preferred
∎ Good Communication and Presentation Skills
∎ Excellent Time Management Skills
∎ Strong Analytical, Organizational, Project, and Process Management Skills.
∎ Prerequisite qualifications will be relaxed for truly deserving candidates
