Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Computer Science / BBA with Minor in Information Systems or Similar
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install and configure all required SAP database servers and application servers and Manage SAP users, authorizations, and profiles.
∎ Administer the SAP database to plan and perform database upgrades, apply database maintenance, design and maintain physical database layout.
∎ Design and implement backup and restore strategy and ensure real-time & regular backup and ensure routine mock recovery check and active contingency planning.
∎ Perform database reorganizations, maintain database security, administer database performance, manage database storage, database problem determination and resolution, etc
∎ Perform SAP client administration (create client, copy client, delete client, export/import client) as required..
∎ Develop and maintain system documentation for all SAP instances and interfaces.
∎ Directly involve in planning and implementation of SAP system upgrades
∎ Prepare and comply with all requirements in line with corporate compliances, policies and/or audits.
∎ Assist IT team in overall maintenance of IT resources when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-4 years Information Technology experience, with 2 or more years SAP Basis experience, including hands on configuration experience
∎ Mandatory experience in Hana Database administration
∎ Good experience in SAP OS/DB migrations,
∎ Hands on experience in working in Windows/AIX/Linux Experience with SAP in a Windows
∎ Must have Enhancement packages upgrades experience
∎ Experience in performing Installations and System refresh activities for ECC, BI, PI and Solman landscapes
∎ Familiarity with ABAP programming language and ABAP program debugging
∎ Provide Basis support for all SAP functional project lifecycle phases (Define, Design, Develop, Implement and Support).
∎ Should be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal skills
∎ Prerequisite qualifications will be relaxed for truly deserving candidates
