Additional Requirements:
- Age 22 to 35 years
- Strong Proficiency in English
- Preference will be given to those who are willing to serve at least 3 years
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be customer service oriented and believe in teamwork, adaptability, and initiative. Strong understanding of SIP technology, TDM technology, and IP Networks.
- Should have a proper idea about DIGITAL MARKETING and Telecommunication.
- Able to work under pressure without time boundaries to cover 24/7 support services.
- Should have good communication skills to perform global sales or support services. Experience in the IT industry will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Identify and approach potential customers and suppliers through various means of communication.
- System log and trace analysis, routing configuration, Soft Switch Configuration Database backup.
- Comes up with innovative solutions to various problems and ensures that customer needs are properly defined and satisfactorily met.
