Strong understanding of SIP technology, TDM technology, and IP Networks.
Should have a proper understanding of digital marketing and Telecommunications.
Able to work under pressure without time boundaries to cover 24/7 support services.
Should have good communication skills to perform technical support services.
Experience in the IT industry will be preferred.
System logs, trace analysis, routing configuration, and Soft Switch Configuration Database backup.
Comes up with innovative solutions to various technical problems and ensures that customer needs are properly defined and satisfactorily met.
Understanding customers’ complaints regarding tech issues, apps, or software requirements and delivering proper feedback.
Technical knowledge regarding firewall, database security, access control, CC camera installation, etc.
Monitor and maintain the performance of web-based and mobile applications, ensuring high availability and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on bugs, analyzing application logs, database queries, and code to resolve issues.
