Additional Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of SIP technology, TDM technology, and IP Networks.

  • Should have a proper understanding of digital marketing and Telecommunications.

  • Able to work under pressure without time boundaries to cover 24/7 support services.

  • Should have good communication skills to perform technical support services.

  • Experience in the IT industry will be preferred.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • System logs, trace analysis, routing configuration, and Soft Switch Configuration Database backup.

  • Comes up with innovative solutions to various technical problems and ensures that customer needs are properly defined and satisfactorily met.

  • Understanding customers’ complaints regarding tech issues, apps, or software requirements and delivering proper feedback.

  • Technical knowledge regarding firewall, database security, access control, CC camera installation, etc.

  • Monitor and maintain the performance of web-based and mobile applications, ensuring high availability and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on bugs, analyzing application logs, database queries, and code to resolve issues.
