Responsibilities & Context:

• Identify and approach potential customers and suppliers through various means of communication.

• System log and trace analysis, routing configuration, Soft Switch Configuration Database backup.

• Comes up with innovative solutions to various problems and ensures that customer needs are properly defined and satisfactorily met.

• Understanding customers’ complaints regarding tech issues, apps, or software requirements and delivering proper feedback.
