Strong Proficiency in English.
You must have a strong desire to adapt to the digital world while keeping up with modern technology.
It is desirable to have the will to work hard.
Preference will be given to those who are willing to serve at least 3 years.
Must be customer service-oriented and believe in teamwork, adaptability, and initiative. Strong understanding of SIP technology, TDM technology, and IP Networks.
Should have a proper understanding of digital marketing and Telecommunications.
Able to work under pressure without time boundaries to cover 24/7 support services.
Should have good communication skills to perform technical support services. Experience in the IT industry will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
System logs, trace analysis, routing configuration, and Soft Switch Configuration Database backup.
Comes up with innovative solutions to various technical problems and ensures that customer needs are properly defined and satisfactorily met.
Understanding customers’ complaints regarding tech issues, apps, or software requirements and delivering proper feedback.
