  • Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in B2B sales or technical service (compressor or industrial products)
  • Must be smart, confident, and target-oriented
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Willing to travel for client visits and fieldwork
  • Basic knowledge of industrial machinery (preferred)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Experience in compressor or machinery sales/service will be an added advantage


Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: We are a leading importer and distributor of screw air compressors, air dryers, spare parts, and industrial machinery under the brand name Prime Cat. We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and hardworking individual for the Sales & Service Executive position. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, promoting sales, and ensuring proper after-sales service to our valued customers.

Location: 53, Trimohoni Rampura Staff Quarter Link Road, Khilgaon, Dhaka

Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (6 days/week)

Job Type: Full-time, Field + Office-based

Job Responsibilities:

  • Visit clients regularly to promote and sell compressors, spare parts, and service solutions.
  • Handle client inquiries, provide quotations, and negotiate prices to close sales deals.
  • Maintain a database of customers and follow up regularly for repeat business and service needs.
  • Assist in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of air compressors and industrial equipment.
  • Coordinate with the technical/service team to ensure timely after-sales support.
  • Collect and report customer feedback and market information to improve service quality.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit them to management.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to retain business and generate referrals.
  • Participate in exhibitions or promotional events (if required).
