Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales Planning: Collaborating with the sales team and other stakeholders to create a comprehensive sales plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
∎ Forecasting and Budgeting: Conducting sales forecasting and budgeting exercises to estimate future sales volumes and revenue. This involves analyzing historical sales data, market research, and input from the sales team to develop accurate sales forecasts.
∎ Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives. Includes evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales revenue, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and market share.
∎ Sales Strategy Development: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to develop effective sales strategies.
∎ Sales Enablement: Providing sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively sell products or services. Including developing sales collateral, sales training programs, and sales playbooks.
∎ Sales Pipeline Management: Managing the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads and opportunities. This involves implementing effective lead generation strategies, tracking leads through the sales funnel, and ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing of leads
∎ Sales Reporting and Communication: Generating regular sales reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and progress towards targets.
