Education:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

- Minimum Graduation degree in Marketing, Economics, Management or Commerce from any reputed university.
- Having completed PGD in Marketing will be given preference.

Career Opportunity:
The Sales Personnel meets and exceeds sales objectives for his/her assigned territory by promoting and selling paints through professional sales techniques, product attributes, and long-term customer relationships. This position will be based out of various regions across the Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
- Making area sales development plan for respective area.
- Making distributor and sales officer setup plan.
- Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales target.
- Monthly Sales planning and forecasting as per company requirements.
- Conduct monthly sales meeting area wise.
- Ensure sales growth and explore untapped market.
- Prepare sales report as per requirement of higher management and provide on time to concern authority(s).
- Monitoring and manage painter's, paint contractor and organize paint meet.
- Maintain good relation with distributor, subordinates, retailer.
- Mentor, motivate and guide team members to ensuring sales.
