At least 15 years of hands-on experience in bulk/commodity sales and marketing, with a demonstrated track record in strategic sales planning, high-volume transactions, and dealer network management.

Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Willingness to relocate and work anywhere in Bangladesh as required.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Formulate and execute zone-specific sales strategies and annual plans in alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of local and international commodity markets, including pricing trends, competitor activities, and supply-demand dynamics, to inform strategic decisions.

  • Advise on pricing strategies, volume planning, product portfolio optimization, and market expansion opportunities.

  • Lead, oversee, and enhance daily sales and marketing operations to achieve monthly and annual targets.

  • Develop, appoint, and manage a robust network of dealers, distributors, and bulk buyers to expand market reach and increase sales volume.

  • Identify and cultivate new bulk business opportunities, including institutional clients and strategic accounts.

  • Ensure strict adherence to cash sales protocols, credit policies, and company sales guidelines.

  • Collaborate closely with distribution, warehouse, and logistics teams to guarantee timely and accurate product delivery.

  • Monitor sales performance, prepare detailed forecasts, MIS reports, and analytical insights for senior management review.

  • Organize and lead monthly sales meetings and performance review conferences.

  • Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
