Experience:
MBA in Marketing will be highly preferred.
At least 15 years of hands-on experience in bulk/commodity sales and marketing, with a demonstrated track record in strategic sales planning, high-volume transactions, and dealer network management.

Conduct in-depth analysis of local and international commodity markets, including pricing trends, competitor activities, and supply-demand dynamics, to inform strategic decisions.
Advise on pricing strategies, volume planning, product portfolio optimization, and market expansion opportunities.
Lead, oversee, and enhance daily sales and marketing operations to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Develop, appoint, and manage a robust network of dealers, distributors, and bulk buyers to expand market reach and increase sales volume.
Identify and cultivate new bulk business opportunities, including institutional clients and strategic accounts.
Ensure strict adherence to cash sales protocols, credit policies, and company sales guidelines.
Collaborate closely with distribution, warehouse, and logistics teams to guarantee timely and accurate product delivery.
Monitor sales performance, prepare detailed forecasts, MIS reports, and analytical insights for senior management review.
Organize and lead monthly sales meetings and performance review conferences.
Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
