Responsibilities & Context:

Department: Sales & Marketing

Job Summary: We are looking for a results-oriented Marketing Executive/Senior Marketing Executive to join our Agro Care division. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our innovative agricultural products and the farming community. You will be responsible for territory growth, distributor management, and conducting field demonstrations to ensure our solutions reach the right hands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Identify and tap into new market segments and geographic territories for our agro-product portfolio.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and large-scale farmers.

  • Field Demonstrations: Organize and conduct "Field Days," seminars, and mock-up trials to demonstrate product efficacy to farmers.

  • Brand Positioning: Implement local marketing campaigns and ensure point-of-sale branding is visible and effective.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and crop patterns to provide actionable feedback to the management.

  • Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring timely collection of dues.

  • Technical Support: Provide basic technical advice to farmers after consulting with registered doctor or person
