Responsibilities & Context:
ACI Motors Limited, one of the subsidiaries of ACI, deals in Automobile & Agri-machineries such as; Motorcycle, Tractor, Power Tiller, Harvester, Diesel Engine, Pump, Generator and Construction Equipment, Tire.
We have a strong market position in motorcycle unit by creating a positive impact on young minds with our world-class brand `Yamaha`. Yamaha has a strong market position in 150cc & 250cc segment with its premium products; i.e. R15, MT15, FZS. Yamaha also provides alternative options to its customers with Saluto (125 cc), Scooter.
Prepare sampling audit plan and execute according to check sheet for ensuring assembly quality of motorcycles.
Ensure incoming parts quality, make Quality Problem Report after initial investigation and proceed Claim for defective parts
Manufacturing and assembly process audit.
Analyze the primary cause of defect and discuss with principle.
Primary analysis for market defective parts and monthly joint inspection with Market QA.
New model evaluation and documents preparation.
7.4M and 5S confirmation.
