Experience in after-sales service from motorcycles industry is a must.
Responsibilities & Context:
Yamaha Motorcycles Bangladesh is looking for a seasoned after-sales service professional who will look after the nationwide field service operations for Yamaha. Major Responsibilities are -
Plan & monitor the nationwide service operations, achieve the service quality and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
Develop and expand service network including own service centers, dealer service centers and field service.
Organize and develop nationwide service team including dealers’ staff and maintain the standard of service team.
Process optimization for effecient service operations and maximize service revenue.
Look after the spare parts sales/budget and assist in planning.
Plan and organize service promotional activities.
Deal with principal communications on technical issues.
