• Experience in after-sales service from motorcycles industry is a must.

Yamaha Motorcycles Bangladesh is looking for a seasoned after-sales service professional who will look after the nationwide field service operations for Yamaha. Major Responsibilities are -

• Plan & monitor the nationwide service operations, achieve the service quality and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).

• Develop and expand service network including own service centers, dealer service centers and field service.

• Organize and develop nationwide service team including dealers’ staff and maintain the standard of service team.

• Process optimization for effecient service operations and maximize service revenue.

• Look after the spare parts sales/budget and assist in planning.

• Plan and organize service promotional activities.

• Deal with principal communications on technical issues.
