Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales targets for the designated territory
Drive sales performance by guiding, coaching, and monitoring the sales team
Assist in hiring, training, and developing new sales team members
Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper market coverage within the assigned geography
Manage distributors effectively, including stock management, market servicing, and delivery coordination
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and sales officers
Conduct regular market visits (6 days of fieldwork per week)
