  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Word and MS Excel)

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets for the designated territory

  • Drive sales performance by guiding, coaching, and monitoring the sales team

  • Assist in hiring, training, and developing new sales team members

  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper market coverage within the assigned geography

  • Manage distributors effectively, including stock management, market servicing, and delivery coordination

  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and sales officers

  • Conduct regular market visits (6 days of fieldwork per week)
