Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve sales target - volume and revenue.
Needs to have product knowledge.
Assess customers need, provide assistance and information on product features.
Through excellent sales service ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
Needs to maintain presentable and attractive merchandising.
Periodically update daily sales activity.
Address customer suggestions and complaints on time.
Prepare summary report (weekly/fortnightly/monthly) & report to manager for store market/customer with data.
