Responsibilities & Context:
  • Achieve the given monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and revenue targets.

  • List potential customers, visit them, present products, and generate new business through regular contact.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients to create partnerships that ensure success, results, and credibility.

  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all clients and prospects.

  • Provide pricing quotes and negotiate deals to meet specific customer needs.

  • Follow up regularly on timely payments and TDS collection.v  Communicate with interdepartmental teams for smooth operations and develop the sales force and maintain a set retention standard

  • Handle documentation.v  Prepare quotations, collect purchase orders, ensure orderly delivery, and collect payments.

  • Identify target markets and customers, such as banks, insurance companies, pharmaceuticals, and MNCs, to create new business opportunities and sales.

  • Formulate comprehensive visit plans for existing and new markets, and ensure routine visits to generate sales.

  • Report market intelligence, competitor activities, and information on new competitors.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
