• Minimum Graduation degree in Marketing, Economics, Management or Commerce from any reputed university.

• Having completed PGD in Marketing will be given preference.

• Minimum 2 (TWO) years of relevant experience in the paint industry or in other building materials sectors (e.g. Steel, Cement, Auto Bricks etc).

• Only candidates from the Sylhet Sadar, Sunamganj, Manikganj, Tangail, Bogra Kishorganj, Cumilla, Faridpur, Madaripur, Dinajpur, Narayanganj, Dhaka. area is eligible to apply.

Career Opportunity:

The Sales Personnel meets and exceeds sales objectives for his/her assigned territory by promoting and selling paints through professional sales techniques, product attributes, and long-term customer relationships. This position will be based out of various regions across the Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market coverage within the assigned territory

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, sub-dealers, retailers, painters, architects, and project engineers.

• Conduct regular market visits to ensure visibility and drive product push through influencers (e.g., painters, contractors, consultants).

• Organize and execute territory-level engagement activities such as Painter Meets and Engineer Meets.

• Conduct site-level product demonstrations and sampling as per client requirements.

• Promote new and premium product lines, ensuring effective market penetration and after-sales support.

• Prepare and update daily sales reports using CRM software and mobile apps; share timely market intelligence and competitor activity.

• Develop and execute area sales development plans, including forecasting and target setting.

• Continuously explore new sales opportunities and contribute to overall sales growth in untapped markets.

Sylhet Sadar, Sunamganj, Manikganj, Tangail, Bogra Kishorganj, Cumilla, Faridpur, Madaripur, Dinajpur, Narayanganj, Dhaka.

• Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience & qualifications).
