Responsibilities & Context:
Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate projects
Generate leads through field visits, phone calls, and digital platforms
Meet prospective clients and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans
Conduct site visits and follow up with potential buyers
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Maintain proper client database and sales records
Coordinate with marketing team for promotional activities
Assist clients with booking, documentation, and payment process
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to management
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
