∎ Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
∎ Create engaging content for our website, social media, and other marketing materials.
∎ Manage and update the company’s social media platforms.
∎ Coordinate with the sales team to create marketing collateral and support sales initiatives.
∎ Organize promotional events and open houses to attract potential buyers.
∎ Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
