∎ University Graduate in Garment, Textile or relevant disciplines; Diploma in Textile & Clothing Institute with experience in identifying and acquiring new customers.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Experience in garment textile, preferred in brand products.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Search and identify target customers.
∎ Generate sales growth and increase sales volume by initiate different kinds of marketing/sales activities to expand existing and potential clients.
∎ Establish good customer relationship to ensure continuous customer satisfaction.
∎ Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.
∎ Prepare sales forecast & budget.
∎ Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
∎ Analyze sales statistics.
∎ Project sales and determine the profitability of products and services.
∎ Negotiate selling price with customers.
∎ Assist in ad hoc projects as required by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Fluent spoken and written German, English and Bangla a must.
∎ Self-motivated, self-directed, proactive, solutions-driven change agent.
∎ Excellent problem solving and communication skills to deal with customers and factories.
∎ Management skills, and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate with all personnel - company and customer organizations.
Salary: Negotiable
