∎ Sales Execution:
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
∎ Customer Acquisition:
∎ Identify and acquire new customers through market research, cold calling, and networking.
∎ Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.2) Territory Management
∎ Market Coverage:
∎ Ensure comprehensive market coverage by visiting retailers, wholesalers, and other key accounts regularly.
∎ Analyze territory performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
∎ Product Distribution:
∎ Ensure optimal product distribution and availability across all points of sale within the territory.
∎ Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.3)Customer Relationship ManagementEngagement and Support:
∎ Build strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support.
∎ Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.Feedback Collection:
