Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement area-specific sales strategies in alignment with regional and company goals.
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics.2) Sales Team Management
∎ Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives within the area.
∎ Set sales targets and quotas for the team, ensuring alignment with overall sales objectives.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives, providing regular feedback and coaching.3) Market Development
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the area.
∎ Expand market presence by acquiring new customers and increasing sales to existing customers.

∎ Proven experience 3 to 5 years in sales, preferably within the Smart Accessories, Smart Phone, Electronics and FMCG.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office.
