∎ Language Skills: Fluent in English and Bengali, capable of effective written and verbal communication.
∎ Media & Technical Proficiency: Familiar with mainstream social media platforms’ operational and promotional strategies.
∎ Project Management: Strong project management skills, able to independently follow through and complete projects from start to finish.
∎ Communication & Coordination Skills: Excellent verbal communication abilities, effective at interfacing and coordinating with agents, logistics, and payment vendors.
∎ Data Analysis Skills: Possess solid data analysis capabilities, able to analyze user habits and propose optimization strategies based on findings.
∎ Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers, with strong capabilities in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Order Review and Customer Service: Primarily responsible for reviewing orders on the brand's proprietary site, handling customer inquiries, responding to feedback, and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
∎ Agent Communication and Sales Support: Maintain effective communication with agency clients, manage sales-related processes including logistics, shipping, and settlements to ensure smooth business operations.
∎ Product Listing and Website Optimization: Handle product listings, perform basic translations and SEO optimizations to improve the website's search engine rankings and user experience.
∎ Marketing Activities Execution and Analysis: Assist the marketing department in executing promotional activities, promote products, collect and analyze the performance of promotions, and provide timely summaries and reports on the effects.
∎ Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Monitor overseas ordering and stock status, ensure timely restocking and inventory preparation, reduce the risk of stockouts, and improve inventory turnover efficiency.
∎ Business Data Analysis and Target Achievement: Responsible for tracking and analyzing daily sales volume, order quantity, and sales revenue. Support the operations manager in devising sales strategies and achieving performance targets.
