Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in electronics or textile-related manufacturing, better with a specific focus on RFID technology or automated labeling lines.Degree in Industrial Engineering is preferredTechnical Skillset: Strong understanding of RFID frequencies (UHF/HF), encoding processes, and high-speed production machinery.Language Proficiency: * Mandarin (Native/Fluent): Must be able to communicate fluently with technical partners and management.
English: Professional working proficiency (written and verbal) is required for reporting and coordination.Project Mindset: Previous experience in a "Greenfield" project or setting up a production line from scratch is highly preferred.

• Line Setup & Installation: Lead the physical setup of the RFID production line, including machinery installation, hardware integration, and testing.

• Process Optimization: Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for RFID inlay insertion, encoding, and quality testing.

• Troubleshooting: Perform advanced technical maintenance and solve mechanical or software-related issues specific to RFID equipment.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet client specifications and international RFID performance standards.

• Technical Liaison: Coordinate with machinery vendors and the management team to ensure the line hits production milestones.
