Responsibilities & Context:
- Produce drawings following instructions, guidelines, and CAD/BIM (Revit 2024/2025) standards
- Draft/Generate Architectural 3D models from CAD or PDF layouts & data sheets
- Create 3D models of metal wall panels, metal roofs & metal soffits
- Coordinate wall panel, roof panel & soffit installations in a unified Revit model
- Create and update schedules for various components in Revit
- Prepare project documents for client submissions
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure timely project completion
