Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer Service:
∎ Greet customers warmly as they enter the restaurant and thank them for their visit when they leave.
∎ Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and addressing any concerns or complaints in a polite and helpful manner.
∎ Assist customers in making menu selections and provide information about daily specials or promotions.
∎ Order Processing:
∎ Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through the Point of Sale (POS) system.
∎ Ensure that all items are entered correctly and that special requests or modifications are communicated to the kitchen staff.
∎ Verify the accuracy of orders before finalizing transactions.
∎ Cash Handling:
∎ Handle cash and electronic payments, including credit card transactions, with precision and integrity.
∎ Calculate and return the correct change to customers.
∎ Reconcile cash register at the beginning and end of each shift to maintain accurate transaction records.
∎ Maintaining Cleanliness:
∎ Keep the cashier station clean and organized at all times.
∎ Assist with bussing tables and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area during busy periods.
∎ Menu and Promotion Knowledge:
∎ Stay up-to-date with the restaurant's menu, including ingredients, prices, and daily specials.
∎ Familiarize yourself with current promotions and offers to inform customers accurately.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
