Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-Graduation from any reputed university with no Third Division/Class

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationship with Corporate Offices, Institutions & high-net-worth individuals to sale Deposit/ Liability Products
∎ Achieve monthly/ yearly sales target of deposits/ liability business
∎ Lead new business ventures and plan approaches and market entries
∎ To develop sales strategies for product channels and managing existing portfolio health
∎ Create opportunity to maintain organization’s mother account and to signing Payroll Business Agreement
∎ Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the customer's business through regular customer visits and industry research
∎ Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements
∎ To follow and maintain the compliance of all types and policies of the competent authorities

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4 years of experience in reputed banks /FIs with similar exposure
∎ Strong knowledge in banking/ financial services, deposit/ Cash Management products and compliances
∎ Well round knowledge of the Bank's operations and processes and credit policies and procedures
∎ Experience of working in centralized environment and real time on-line banking will be an added advantage
∎ Excellent interpersonal, public relationship, team building and people management skills
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
∎ Sufficient knowledge to operate Microsoft Office Applications
