Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Branch portfolio and achieve business target by accelerating the business growth in terms of Asset, Liability and Customer Base
∎ Emphasizing & attaining individual and Sub-Branch targets
∎ Collaborate with the affiliated Branch for smooth functioning and achieving business goals
∎ Ensuring Branch contribution to profitability and overall growth
∎ Enrich customer portfolio through client acquisition
∎ Formulate strategies for channel development to ensure business growth
∎ Deposit hunt mobilization in the territory activities through campaign activation
∎ Ensuring better customer services through smooth functioning of daily banking operations
∎ Manage & supervise the entire affairs of the branch and participate in community activities to ensure bank's presence & visibility in the locality with the view to widen the scope of business
∎ Ensure effective process, regulatory compliance and controls for preventing money laundering in line with regulatory requirements
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in reputed banks; preferably 2 years' experience as Operations Manager in a corporate or large branch located in major locations
∎ Solution oriented and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment and contribute ideas
∎ Experience of working in a centralized process and real time on-line banking environment is preferable
∎ Sufficient knowledge of Branch Operations, General Banking, Lending Operations & Credit Management, and Foreign Trade Operations is required
∎ Excellent business communication skills with effective sales acumen and strong interpersonal relationship
∎ Sufficient skills to operate Microsoft Office Applications/ banking software
