Responsibilities & Context:
  •  Selling service and maintenance of Elevator & Escalator

  • Identifying Prospects: Researching and identifying potential clients or customers within a designated industry or geographic area.

  • Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within corporate organizations.

  • Understanding Client Needs: Conducting needs assessments and understanding the unique requirements, challenges, and objectives of each corporate client.

  • Presenting Solutions: Presenting products or services to corporate clients, demonstrating how they meet their needs and add value to their business operations. 

  • Negotiating Contracts: Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with corporate clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Achieving Sales Targets: Setting and achieving sales targets and goals, both in terms of revenue and new client acquisition, within specified timeframes.

  • Sales Strategy Development: Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to penetrate corporate markets, increase market share, and maximize sales opportunities.

  • Cross-selling and Up-selling: Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional products or services to existing corporate clients to increase revenue and enhance client relationships.

  •  Market Analysis: Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly. 

  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery of products or services and address client needs effectively. 

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilizing CRM systems to track and manage client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline opportunities.

  • Reporting and Documentation: Providing regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback to management, including forecasting and budgeting information.

  • Continuous Learning: Staying updated on industry best practices, market trends, and product knowledge to maintain a competitive edge in the corporate sales landscape.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

  • Travel: Depending on the role and industry, willingness to travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in sales presentations or conferences.
