1. Efficiently manage technician(s) and maintenance teams to ensure prompt and professional service delivery.

2. Ensure quality after-sales service is provided regularly in accordance with OTIS and AISL guidelines.

3. Respond promptly to on-call service requests by dispatching technician(s)/team to the respective project in the shortest possible time.

4. Follow up on service calls until the problem is resolved and report back to the concerned department.

5. Attend sites personally to address major problems and resolve them as quickly as possible.

6. Conduct monthly site visits to assess safety and quality standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

7. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with all customers, fostering trust and satisfaction with our services.

8. Conduct routine maintenance inspections on lifts and escalators to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

9. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical issues with lifts and escalators, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.

10. Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, adjustments, and component replacements to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.

11. Respond promptly to lift and escalator breakdowns or emergencies, and implement corrective actions to restore functionality and minimize disruption.

12. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including inspection reports, work orders, and equipment history, using maintenance management software (if applicable).

13. Coordinate with concerned person/dept. regarding spare parts procurement, quote to customer, bill collection, etc.   

14. Provide technical guidance and training to other maintenance technician(s)/team regarding lift and escalator operation and maintenance procedures.

15. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in lift maintenance to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.

16. Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards at all times to maintain a safe working environment for oneself and others.
