Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Selling Elevator & Escalator to industrial clients

  2. Identifying Prospects: Researching and identifying potential corporate clients or customers within a designated industry or geographic area.

  3. Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within corporate organizations.

  4. Understanding Client Needs: Conducting needs assessments and understanding the unique requirements, challenges, and objectives of each corporate client.

  5. Presenting Solutions: Presenting products or services to corporate clients, demonstrating how they meet their needs and add value to their business operations.

  6. Negotiating Contracts: Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with corporate clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

  7. Achieving Sales Targets: Setting and achieving sales targets and goals, both in terms of revenue and new client acquisition, within specified timeframes.

  8. Sales Strategy Development: Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to penetrate corporate markets, increase market share, and maximize sales opportunities.

  9. Cross-selling and Up-selling: Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional products or services to existing corporate clients to increase revenue and enhance client relationships.

  10. Market Analysis: Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.   

  11. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery of products or services and address client needs effectively.

  12. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilizing CRM systems to track and manage client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline opportunities.

  13. Reporting and Documentation: Providing regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback to management, including forecasting and budgeting information.   

  14. Continuous Learning: Staying updated on industry best practices, market trends, and product knowledge to maintain a competitive edge in the corporate sales landscape.

  15. Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

  16. Travel: Depending on the role and industry, willingness to travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in sales presentations or conferences.
