A person who’ll be the growth architect of Byte Innovations. He will lead client acquisition, business development, and partnership strategies while collaborating closely with the Founder & CEO (People & Strategy) and CTO (Technology, Engineering & Delivery).
This role demands a mix of entrepreneurial mindset, strategic leadership, and deal making acumen. You will be the face of Byte Innovations in client interactions, investor meetings, and ecosystem collaborations bridging technology and business to scale impact. A strategic doer who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building zero-to-one systems and who is hands-on, resourceful, and obsessed with quality.
This isn’t a job, it's an ownership. You’ll co-shape strategy, culture, and execution. In return for your expertise and commitment, you’ll receive a meaningful equity stake and a structured profit-share once revenues scale. We have our positioning, sales collateral in progress, and an initial pipeline; now we want to institutionalize delivery and growth.
Identify, pursue, and close international and domestic software and technology projects.
Develop pipelines across verticals such as AI/ML, HRTech, HealthTech, FinTech, e-commerce.
Develop competitive proposals, pricing models, and project bid strategies.
Nurture long-term client relationships built on trust and transparency.
Work jointly with the Founder/CEO on business model evolution, service diversification, and market entry strategies.
Create go-to-market (GTM) plans along with risk assessment & risk mitigation plans for key service lines such as Web & Mobile Application Development, AI/ML, consultancy, and SaaS.
Actively looking for funding for business expansion with different approaches.
Oversee financial planning, revenue forecasting, and profitability tracking.
Contribute to investor pitches, funding negotiations, and corporate governance frameworks.
