Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters preferably in Social Science/ Social work/ Sociology/ Political Science/ Public Administration/ relevant disciplines from any recognised university

Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: The purpose of this position is to coordinate overall activities of Reintegration Service Centers. Closely supervise the Field Organisers of respective Upazilla and facilities of Para-Counselors. Arrange and facilitate issue based training/ event, keep documentation and prepare periodical report & project MIS. Besides, the incumbent will also need to keep communication with local level stakeholders i.e. duty bearers, local governement, institutes, journalist, returnee forums etc. for smooth field implementation and advocacy.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise Programme Organisers under respective Reintegration Service Centers and provide continuous guidance to the team for ensuring quality programme implementation/ field operations.
∎ Undertake regular field visits and facilitate field activities for ensuring better out-come of the project.
∎ Develop Para-counselor through database.
∎ Organise job fair and workshop related to Migration at local level.
∎ Communicate regularly & develop good relation with local level stakeholders (GO and NGOs) for ensuring field level activity and advocacy.
∎ Identify best practices/ case story collection, documentation and prepare periodical activity report/ MIS etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong business operational analysis and business correspondence skills
∎ Excellent cross-cultural communications and interpersonal skills
∎ Sound competencies on program management and facility management related activities
∎ Minimum 01 year of relevant work experience in development activities at field level is preferable. Previous experience of working with migrants will be considered as an advantage.
