∎ JOB PURPOSE: Will supervise the overall reintegration component (psychosocial, economic and social reintegration) of the project.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct in-depth analysis on economic, psycho-social, and social reintegration for the returnee migrants and identify best practices and alternative channels in the areas of the reintegration process.
∎ Develop intellectual knowledge products for the BRAC migration programme.
∎ Provide technical assistance to design and integrate the reintegration component and help to build capacity of partner organizations.
∎ Responsible for overseeing the development and execution of reintegration interventions of the project.
∎ Identify sustainable partnership opportunities with relevant economic, psycho-social and social reintegration related institutions or organizations.
∎ Coordinate referral process for training and implement interventions related to reintegration activities.
∎ Coordinate and initiate the MoU signing process with relevant service providing agencies
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness of the programme design, capture learnings, and recommend necessary changes to fine tune the programme strategy in relation to sustainable reintegration of returnees.
∎ Help project team and other stakeholders define, communicate, and drive the strategic vision and goal of the programme.
∎ Work closely with team members to provide training on strategic initiatives, project operation, problem solving, prioritizing work, and thereby improving quality.
∎ Contribute to developing strategies to link returnee migrants with service institutions or organizations to avail knowledge, quality inputs, technical services and know-how and conduct service mapping to identify avenues of linkage with relevant service providers and actors
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of working experience in relevant field.
∎ Planning, problem solving, decision-making, project proposal writing, report writing, budgeting.
∎ Prior knowledge on returnee reitnegration issues, project cycle management, monitoring and evaluation, conceptual understanding of development and migration issues.
∎ Leadership, communication, coordination, creativity, innovation and decision-making capabilities, ability to carry our assigned tasks independently.
