∎ JOB PURPOSE: Regional Manager for Gender Mainstreaming is responsible to ensure district based overall coordination, collaboration and operation management of Gender Mainstreaming (GM) with BRAC`s selected programmes and enterprises.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate field based actions to implement gender mainstreaming plans in collaboration with partner programs and enterprises
∎ Provide technical guidance to field management of partner programs and enterprises to achieve gender mainstreaming goal and objective
∎ Develop monthly and annual plan action plan, meeting plan, set targets and deliver to respective supervisor
∎ Ensure effective communication and collaboration with partner programs and enterprises for achieving gender mainstreaming targets within timeframe
∎ Take initiative for gender skill transfer of selected programs and enterprises staff, volunteers, workers and stakeholders
∎ Organize, facilitate and participate in district level different meeting, dialogue, training, workshop, event etc.
∎ Identify operational challenges and take steps for problem solving as well as provide referral linkages related to gender based violence
∎ Regular visit to selected platform and forum of partner programs and enterprises for quality assurance purpose
∎ Ensure regular documentation and reporting to respective supervisor
∎ Ensure effective field based budget expenditure in collaboration with local accounts
∎ Ensure effective local level advocacy and networking with relevant GOs and NGOs stakeholders
∎ Organize and celebrate days and events for promoting women's rights and gender equality
∎ Violence reporting, incident linkage and referral and follow-up of VAWG incidents in the assigned districts
∎ Support to collect any information and data related to GJD programme from the field.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills
∎ Sound understanding on gender equality, women empowerment and development
∎ Ability of strong coordination and partnership building
∎ Good capacity and management skills of field operation
∎ Able to facilitate different training session, workshop and meeting etc.
