∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing or B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from reputed university.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dealer development, Handling Distributors or Dealers , Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Management of regional sales activities, sales team, overall dealer management.
∎ Achieve sales targets by applying effective management on assigned dealers in respective zone.
∎ Development of dealership quality in all aspects of sales & marketing.
∎ Implement of indoor and outdoor promotion activities in the assigned territory.
∎ Development of sales manpower by product and sales training.
∎ Regular communication and reporting.
∎ Regular 15 days field visit monthly for dealer development and collecting market information.
∎ Preparation of weekly, monthly and yearly sales target and activity plan.
∎ Support in expansion of dealer network.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by superior for organizational development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5+ years related experience, preferably in related industry with strong focus on Field Sales.
∎ Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
∎ Excellent negotiation, problem solving and analytical skills.
∎ Possess strong business acumen.
∎ Data driven and process oriented.
∎ Strong customer satisfaction focus skills.
∎ Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and Functioning of specific software.
