Responsibilities & Context:

Recruitment Coordinator:(English speaking must)

  • Email and call clients to discuss job openings, interview schedules, and candidate updates.

  • Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications and next steps in the hiring process.

  • Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and recruitment needs.

  • Schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring all logistics are properly managed.

  • Track candidate applications and documents to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and maintain detailed recruitment files.

  • Assist recruiters with administrative tasks, documentation, and candidate coordination.

  • Ensure all recruitment and hiring processes comply with company standards and policies.

  • Maintain positive relationships with candidates, clients, and team members to support successful placements.

HR Officer / HR Executive: (Minimum 2 years of experience required)

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and interviewing.

  • Maintain employee records and update the HR database regularly.

  • Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documents.

  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.

  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing necessary employee information.

  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and punctuality of employees.

  • Handle employee queries and provide support regarding HR policies and benefits.

  • Coordinate performance appraisal and evaluation processes.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Organize employee training, workshops, and development programs.

  • Support employee engagement and welfare activities.

  • Assist in disciplinary actions and grievance handling when required.

  • Prepare HR-related reports for management.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.

  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Social Media Manger: (Must have experience handling social media)

  • Create, design, and upload social media posts across all company platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

  • Plan and produce engaging videos for social media marketing and branding purposes.

  • Develop and implement creative company branding ideas and campaigns to boost online presence.

  • Manage daily operations of all social media accounts, including posting schedules and audience engagement.

  • Capture high-quality photos and videos for promotional use.

  • Edit photos and videos using professional editing software before posting.

  • Design social media graphics, banners, and promotional materials using basic graphic design tools.

  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to suggest new strategies.

  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on all platforms promptly.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align social media activities with company goals.

  • Analyze post performance and prepare reports on reach, engagement, and follower growth.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all social media content and campaigns.

  • Stay updated with new social media tools, trends, and algorithm changes.

  • Ensure all content follows company guidelines and represents the brand professionally.
