Experience:

• 4 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

• Bachelor/Honors

• 4-years graduation preferably in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, Marketing or related discipline from a reputed university with no third class/division or equivalent CGPA in the academic record. Having Postgraduate degree will be considered an added advantage.

• Any relevant Professional Qualifications will be considered an added advantage.

• 4 to 8 years of banking experience in loan recovery / credit / special asset management in a bank or financial institution.

• Practical exposure to classified loan management and legal recovery process will be an added advantage.

• In-depth knowledge in credit risk, recovery laws and Bangladesh Bank regulations.

• Age not exceeding 45 years as of January 24, 2026. The age limit may be relaxed based on relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct recovery activities for classified, sub-standard, doubtful, and bad & loss loans.

• Maintain close liaison with borrowers to negotiate repayment, rescheduling, and settlement.

• Monitor overdue accounts and ensure timely follow-up to minimize loan slippage.

• Assist in preparation and execution of recovery strategies, including legal and non-legal measures.

• Coordinate with Legal Department, branches, and external lawyers for recovery suits, Artha Rin cases, and execution matters.

• Prepare recovery proposals, compromise settlements, and write-off related documentation.

• Visit borrowers’ premises, conduct field investigations, and assess recovery prospects.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines, internal credit policies, and recovery procedures.

• Prepare MIS, recovery progress reports, and status updates for management.
