• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 28 to 35 years

• Relevant experience in garment washing R&D or production. 

• Strong practical knowledge of denim and non-denim washing techniques, chemical applications, and process control. 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, energetic mindset. 

• Good computer literacy and familiarity with AI-based tools or digital washing data systems. 

• Ability to interpret wash results, identify root causes, and implement process improvements.

• Support the pilot wash-to-production process, ensuring smooth execution and accuracy. 

• Collaborate closely with the production and technical teams to translate R&D wash concepts into bulk production. 

• Analyze fabric construction and washing recipes to predict potential shade variations, performance issues, or fallout risks. 

• Maintain and present all necessary data, reports, and analysis to help the pilot and management teams make informed decisions. 

• Actively demonstrate and prove chemical feasibility in washing processes through hands-on trials. 

• Maintain strong coordination between R&D, quality, and production teams for consistent product excellence.
